Hi - I'm not so sure you can remove paypal from an active listing since this is an ebay option you chose under "seller preferences" from "my ebay". I think this means that ebay didn't intend for this option to be changed on the 'revise your item' page. One reason may be that it could create a conflict between the listing and your ebay setting, or a least a state of confusion between the two. If this is important to you, you may have to make your changes on a revised listing (as well as change your seller preferences) and re-post. I'm just guessing a little on this, maybe someone else has a different idea?

Hi lindahmd,

Once you have submitted a listing to eBay with Paypal offered as an accepted payment method, you should be able to remove that payment option be logging into your eBay account and clicking the "Revise your Item" link. Then, on the ensuing page, scroll down to the section labeled "Payment methods you accept", uncheck the box next to "Paypal", and save your changes.

I hope this information proves useful. If you have any additional questions or concerns, please file a support request using the appropriate link on our help page: http://www.auctiva.com/free-auction-software-help/help.aspx

Hi Mike - Sorry but I do not see a check box next to "Paypal" in that section on the "revise your listing" page. There is only a "permanent" blue checkmark shown that cannot be unchecked. It simply appears to be confirming the choice of paypal as designated in ebay's seller preferences. Lindahmd seems to have a valid observation, and my comments above still seem to apply. Smile
