I posted to Templates & Custom Templates on, I believe, 8/2/7. Not only have I received no response, but my post has been purged. Why?

The post was approximately this.
"Remove vertical space:
I decreased large vertical gap between [TITLE] and and the word "Description:"
by deleting final <p> in code ending with <b>[TITLE]</b></font><p></td>.
Can I remove vertical blanks between "Description:" and text?
That might be hidden in auctiva "tags" such as [DESCRIPTION_AND_IMAGES]."

p.s.: I'd rather use <br/>, as <p> inserts two blanks.

Hi here is your original post so it was not "purged" As for not getting an answer to your post it is probably because no-one on the COMMUNITY boards has an answer for you unfortunately. While Auctiva support does there best to answer posts that have not received an answer your best bet is to try the support tab located at the bottom of the help page, Here is a link to support http://www.auctiva.com/help/requesthelp.aspx

Hi oldcolorprint as taz said no answer usually means no one viewing the boards then could answer you.

By answering you with a 'don't know' shows up as replied to and may be skipped over by support so it may delay a support response.

As far as thier tags are concerned it seems they are like little black boxes of code that we can use but not know the contents of. Quite a commonly used software concept, in which case you would probably be best off directly filing a support request. Smile
