I'm new to Auctiva, so please forgvie me if I am missing something obvious.

At the bottom of the page, when I create a listing using the standard settings, there appear two duplicate images. First one with the supersize option and then immediately below the one which would appear if I'd done a regular listing direct from ebay. How can I remove the one with the supersize option? It looks stupid with two identical images one above the other, and I don't specially want a supersize image.

Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.

Thanks for the suggestion. When creating a listing, all I do is enter text in the "item description" section, nothing more added than text. In the "image selection" section, I use one image only, using the same image for both eBay Header Image and Gallery Image. That's all. I'm now creating some new listings and encountering the same problem, which shows up also in the preview, to explain again: immediately below the text description is an image which has the option to be supersized, and then below this the same image is repeated in the format that would normally appear if I were not using Auctiva to create the listing.

The only way I've found to remove the image is to delete it by re-editing after the listing has started, which is not ideal.

Again, any help would be much appreciated. Thanks
