Removing profiles

I would suggest setting up a couple of master profiles so that you can just creat listings from the master. Just label them for the different types of items you sell.

When trying to remove the profiles, did you click on all of them and try to delete? I did that before and got the same error but had no problem deleting individually.

I appreciate the feedback, but I cannot delete any profile, even one at a time, this is what I get every time "This profile cannot be deleted because a master profile uses it."

I got it finally, I had to delete my two master files then each one, one at a time. Now the question is, where do all these profiles come from, seems like every listing I have done ends up with a profile, I want to save the listing but I don't need 30 profiles too. help...

silvermountain - if you go back to the profile section - you can just create the new profiles that you wish to use and label them from there. Once you have your description, shipping, etc set up you can then create the master profiles and label them as you wish.


Tom is right when I first signed on I had a bunch of profiles from the initial upload; but I was redoing my listings so I did not want the same information in mine and had to start over.
