I have all of this information in the template and it also shows at the bottom (outside the template). Is there a way to remove the redundant info?

Thanks for posting your question here. The sections you are referring to are typically included within the template through the selection of a Seller Details profile (from the drop down menu next to the "Select Template" button) which has the desired content saved within it, but I'm not sure what would cause those sections to be showing up outside the template as well.
In order to receive assistance with this issue, I recommend contacting our customer support team by mousing over the "Help" tab within your account and selecting the "File Support Case" option. I'm sure we will be able to find a solution for you once we have reviewed the listing in question.
