Hi, I replaced my image on an active listing for the very first time with the proper Image that I wanted, but somehow in doing so, I replaced the gallery Image and #1 Image AND #2Image in the Description with the same Image!( the very first image I replaced ended up in the #2 place and then after I did a million things, the one I want is in all three places)
That's my first problem.

My secound problem is that they were not only all the same image in all three spots ( gallery, and in the Description....#1 Image spot and #2 Image spot ) but they are SIDEWAYS!
I tried to rotate them and replace the sideways one with the right-side-up one ....( from the Auctiva site AND the original Canon ZoomMaster on my computer My Pictures folder, where I upload all my Auctiva and eBay digital photos from) But nothing has changed. Hi artfullheart,

I believe the best way to go about repairing this listing is to revise it via the following process:

1) Locate your listing in your Saved Listings folder, make any necessary changes, and save.
2)Check the box next to your updated listing in your Saved Listings folder and click the “Get html” button.
3) Copy the html in the popup box.
4) Locate the item on eBay and click the "Revise Item" button.
5) Click "Edit Description" then click the "Enter your own html" tab.
6) Paste the copied html in place of what's there and save your changes.

Then, to repair your gallery image, please do the following:

1) Log into your eBay account and click on "My eBay"
2) Click on the item for which you'd like to change the gallery image.
3) Right click on the image you'd like to make your gallery image and click "Properties"
4) Copy the image URL...it begins with "http://..."
5) Click "Revise Your Item"
6) Click "Edit Pictures"
7) In the "Gallery Image URL field, paste the copied URL over the existing one and save your changes.

I hope this helps=)

-Mike
