Replace Images with embedded html

I have over 300 active listings that all share the same images in the description.

I want to use the image replace function on auctiva to replace a bottom image in all my listings with embedded html so that the bottom image could say something like

"Click here to visit, my ebay store"

I was wondering how I could go about doing this? Or is it possible to add html to all my active listings at once?
