Replacing Current Store

I had my store and templates done by a web designer years ago but would like to switch to Auctiva. I'm not real stupid but how do you go about replacing a store, etc.

Hi, I may not be understanding your question correctly, but if you are referring to your Ebay store, and listings, it should be easy to make the switch. Have you contacted their support to ask how to do it? They are pretty quick to help when i need it. Their link is under the "help" section.
