Dear tessa67,

Thanks for posting your question here. I just tested out the functionality of the "Replace" button on the Image Management page in your account and was able to confirm that the grey "Browse" button is coming up so hopefully you are just looking in the wrong place or being impacted by something else that is easily addressed.

Once you have checked the box next to the image you would like to replace on your Auctiva Image Management page and click the "Replace" button, a new section called "Update and Replace Images" should appear along the top of the page and the grey "Browse" button should appear next to the field labeled "Select Image".

When you click the grey "Browse" button, you should be presented with an interface that allows you to choose a new image from your computer that you would like to upload to replace the existing image that was selected.

That being said, I don't believe this is the best way to change the gallery image used in a listing because the gallery image is an eBay hosted copy that is made from the Auctiva hosted image URL that is submitted to them when the listing is posted. If you are just looking to revise your gallery image, I recommend doing that directly through eBay's "Revise your Item" form.

When you go to the eBay "Revise your Item" for the listing in question, just click the "Add Pictures" button within the section labeled "Bring your item to life with pictures" and you should see the option to change your header/gallery image there.

I hope this helps. If you need any further assistance with your account, please feel free to contact our customer support team by mousing over the "My Account" tab on our site and selecting the "File Support Case" option.

-Mike
