Hi Community,

As some of you may have noticed, we have been receiving reports from a relatively small subset of our users over the past several days that the Auctiva site has been slower than usual and has been producing "connection timeout", "server redirects not supported" (while uploading images), and other connection related error messages intermittently. Our IT team has been looking into these reports but we have not been able to determine the root cause yet.

In any event, we are aware that several users are still experiencing these problems and we are continuing to work toward getting them resolved as soon as possible. I will post further updates on this situation to this thread as additional information becomes available.

Hi Community,

Update - I just heard back from our IT team regarding this matter and am pleased to report that we made some changes to our server configuration that we expect will resolve the problem described in this thread. Therefore, hopefully those of you that were being affected this problem will now experience better performance.
