Hi. I would like to require immediate payment with Paypal on BIN, but I would also like to give people who win the auction normally to have the opportunity to send me a money order or cashier's check if they want. I know that if I have the 'require immed pymt' box checked, that BIN customers won't be able to check out without a Paypal acct. But, will checking this box prevent people from placing a bid on my item if they don't have Paypal?

Thanks!

Besides checking the 'immed pmt' box, you'll also need to check the box that says 'paypal acct. required'. Under your preferences in 'my ebay' in the buyer requirements section. No, it won't prevent someone else from placing a bid--it won't even show up as 'sold', it will stay live until it is paid for. But by cheking the 'PP act required' box, at least folks without a PP act can NOT bid or buy Smile

When someone does a BIN with immed payment required, they get a warning telling them that someone else may still wil the item until it is paid. So just because someone clicks to buy it now, it's not theirs until they finish up thru Paypal.
