I read your advice from a search on API ERROR, but I cannot click on "reschedule listing", 'cos there is no such creature..just view error, edit listing, and view listing. When I click on edit listing, a note pops up that prob. is with ebay. I now know that the prob. was credit card expire, (Oct 31, darn it), and have updated it with ebay, they accepted it, I turned computer off and back on, etc, to no avail. Shall just be more patient, or should I re-schedule the 7-8 listings again?? Thanks, this turned out to be a loonngg message!!

Hi laurellee,

Since these listings failed to post because the credit card you had on file with eBay expired, you should be able to post them successfully as soon as you've placed a new valid payment method on file with eBay. It sounds like you've already done that, so I recommend scheduling these listings again!

Any additional questions or concerns? Please file a support request using the appropriate link on our help page: http://www.auctiva.com/free-auction-software-help/help.aspx

So, thank you, but there appears to be no way to reschedule these listings except to start all over from scratch. I made the huge error of, after repeatedly trying the click ons to the right of the in error listings, hitting the delete button instead of bringing up each one at a time and saving it. Of course, they all dissappeared. So I pressed the back button on my computer, back a page, got them to come up, tried to save each one, and alas, no saved listings. Man oh man, am I having a hard time of it. Don't know my computer type, but I guess I will try contact support.l
