Please can anyone help us. We are new sellers and for two weeks successfully listed our items. Now, when we try to list with a reserve price, we get a window which says that the reserve price has been disabled because the selected category does not allow a reserve price. We have previously used a reserve on the same category up until Sunday. We have tried to find info on Ebay about categories that will not allow reserves with no luck. Can anyone help us, please.

I have the same problem, it seems to be in all the categories that I normallly use, it's probably a glitch but I hope that it's been noted.

I'm going to try listing without a reserve and then adding it as soon is it's launched - not sure if that will work but there isn't any other way I don't think

I have been calling the support phone number but all I get in a message saying leave my phone number and they will call me back, but they don't - probably because I'm in the UK. I have also filed a request for suport help, but so far nothing and we wanted to list tonight. Has anyone else had this problem and has a solution?

I've just filed a support request too so I assume that it will get looked into now that there's more than one.

Just a hint - when you post here (or anywhere for that matter!)your post is more likely to be noticed if you explain the problem in the title, it's very easy to ignore a post with just a one word title

Hi Chinadogs, I've just heard from Support that they have posted an update to sort this out and it should take effect 7pm today PT or 3.00 am tomorrow UK time. Hope this helps

do you know if they have fixed the reserve button cause I to last night was trying to list our hj wagon for sale and it kept coming up reserve has been disabled we were working on the site for hours trying to rectify it..hey chinadogs did it work the way you said you were going to try it?if so maybe we shold do it that way..thanku all..
