Hi, I've just joined Auctiva, my two existing eBay auctions were automatically loaded with the Auctiva scrolling display.
I've been to auctions where the pictures had what appeared to be an option to enlarge or supersize the image when as an auction watcher, I clicked on the image or on a heading which reads something like "enlarge this image".

How can I activate this feature on my listings, or is it linked to the eBay "enlarge" option?

Sorry if it's been asked before, I did have a good scroll through the postings but couldn't see a question like this one. Also not sure if I should have posted in the "Listing" or "Images" BB Red Face

Hi TazFromPA
Thanks very much for your reply
Now I understand!!

So the listing that I have already scheduled in eBay for tomorrow night that eBay have already told me the listing fees for, won't have the larger picture option either??

Do you know if I cancel the scheduled listing with eBay if my listing fees are still charged? If not, I'll relist through Auctiva.

Thanks again - Debs
Hi Debbsiedoofs,

Because I use old software I can't use E-Bay's own listing system.

Then I discovered Auctiva and now I don't want to use any other!

As discussed 'Supersize' is automatically included in your picture listing and is a really great way of giving buyers a better look at your items.

One thing to be aware of is that certain templates with a dark background conceal the, 'click to supersize', wording. But, that's the only niggle and have and is easy to avoid!

Cheers,

K
