I asked this question and was told to post it on community because the only way to get things changed for the better is to let someone know what we need. I am sure that you can agree that it would be nice if auctiva would have resume auction options for those times that we have spent several minutes perfecting an auction description only to lose it and have to start all over again. This has happened to me on several occasions either because of the templates or adding pictures. So, let them know how you feel. Below is similar to what I wrote and asked them.
Sometimes when I go to change a template it will come up with page can’t be displayed. I delete my temporary internet files, cookies etc. as auctiva told me to do, but I will end up losing my auction that I had made changes. This does not happen every time thank goodness, but when it does its frustrating. Do you save started auctions to resume later like ebay does? Old days before roadrunner and auctiva I would get knocked off the internet and come back and ebay would ask if I wanted to finish the auction that I started. You need that if you don't have it, please tell me you do or I will have to start over again......ugh!
It would be nice if auction had the resume listing option.
