I just signed up so I am not sure if Auctiva even handles feedback but if and when it does I have a feature request that I have been looking for for ages.
Retalitory feedback from a bad customer is annoying. For those who do not know what this is, its a buyer leaving you negative feedback because you left them negative feedback when you've done everything promised from your side and they usually haven't paid.
Ebay gives you 90 days to leave feedback. I would like a service that leaves the negative feedback on the 90th day within the final 15 minutes. At this point they couldn't retaliate and you could let other members know that they were a bad customer without fear.
