Retroactive?

Hi I've currently got about 5 listings on eBay and I signed up with Auctiva today. I've enabled my scrolling gallery but it doesn't show up in these listings.

Basically I want to know if it ever will or will it only show up in listings created from today?

Hi Neal,

Your listings that are active on eBay should automatically be imported into your Auctiva account and have the scrolling gallery added to them, but it tends to take a few hours. Since you posted this message quite a while ago, I suspect the scrolling gallery has already been added to them but I figured I'd update this thread in case anyone else stumbles across it looking for the same information.

In any event, if you still have listings that the scrolling gallery has not been added to, I recommend contacting our customer support team using the web form on the following page of our site: http://www.auctiva.com/help/requesthelp.aspx
