This is probably very easy to fix but for some reason I cannot figure out where to fix it. Whenever I go to list an item, I get a warning saying that I have to choose a return policy in order to list. I cannot find where to do it on ebay or auctiva.

Hi,

It's in the "Checkout Options" section of the Auctiva one-page lister. Use Maximize to open the section for full view of all options.
