Yes they are very aware of it but it seems with so many problems going on they haven't gotten to fixing it. I have just been listing and going to ebay to revise the item. If you use best offer that also messes up from time to time. I dont question it anymore I just expect it. It would be nice if they would put the banner up warning people about it

Look in the "Checkout Options" section.

Grrrrrr... thanks Danno... I'm lookin' and it's NOT there. It IS there when I'm making up new listings, but it is NOT there when i'm editing these couple-month-old listings, trying to get them up and going on ebay again. I don't understand why it vanished off my edit page.

Ok... the "relistings" i'm having the trouble with are a couple dozen items, all related to certain category. I tried relist/editing a completely different "old" listing, and the Return Policy box was right there.

So it's some glitch with just these couple dozen things i guess. ...i'm not happy about that, but i'll try to figure out a workaround solution.

Does running ERROR CHECK while in edit on the old listing also work?

bless yer heart for trying to help.

when i first tried to revamp these old items, and i clicked 'error check' at bottom of listing page and it showed "error check passed."

i then clicked "post" the item to ebay.

next page says, "it posted"

i continued doing another half dozen or so of them. same thing.

i then noticed the number in the little red box at the top righthand side of my auctiva pages going higher. LOL... i clicked on that, and that's where it told me i didn't specify the return policy.

............. lo and behold the workaround i just tried WAS what you suggest (great minds think alike). i tried just 'launching' it again, then clicked 'do similar listing' thinking THAT would make the little return policy box re-appear... but NOPE!

wow, this is frustrating.
I had this same problem today and contacted Auctiva. Auctiva's solution worked & my listing successfully posted to EBay!

I have copied Auctiva's reply to me below. Note: I did not need to save the changes first. The return policy box showed up after revising the category back to the one I wanted.

FROM AUCTIVA:
These listings were rejected by eBay when we attempted to post them on your behalf and the following errors were returned in response:

API Error: Please specify a return policy for your listing.

You need to reset the category up at the top of the lister page, just below the title, temporarily chose a different category, and then change it back to your desired category. This will reset the return policy option so that when you scroll down again to the Checkout you will be able to choose and define your return policy.

For future reference, when you attempt to post a listing to eBay through Auctiva and the listing fails to post for some reason, you can see the errors that were returned by clicking the red number in the "Notifications" section along the top of your Auctiva account.

Sincerely, Auctiva Support
