Return policy

Hi I do not know why you would come up with no errors. However, have you put in return policy??? If not go to the listing and go to check out area. You will see Paypal Info. then Sales Tax lines. right after that is return policy box. You will need to fill that in if you have not already done so.

Thanks, the problem was that I haven't listed anything on Ebay since June. There wasn't anything in my checkout area dealing with return policy. But there is now I finally figured out that I had to set a Profile. Now its there automaticaly after I click on the right profile

this exact same thing is driving me crazy today as well. I use old ads as templates for new ads of the same type of item. so, since 2 came up as not having a return policy on them, and weren't listed, I had to go into a newer ad, and copy paste the whole thing. Just when I thought I had it wried, it happened to me again. the danged return policy didn't come thru on the listing, and when I went in to edit it, it wasn't there at all. Yes, I know where it is supposed to be, under the payment area, last category to fill in.

ok, so while I'm on a rant. Why don't some of my most recent imported pictures come up when I select pictures? I have to click the reload, and then they are? some glitches that need to get worked out, Auctiva. I didn't complain when it was free, but c'mon, shouldn't it have gotten better?

I dunno, the same thing just happened to me, using the same profile I use nearly every day. Kicked back for no return policy, though there's been a return policy in my profile for months now. And I see no place for putting a return policy in the payment area. WTF?

Hi- have you filed support requests on this.. it sure sounds like a technical issue. I have not posted anything in days.. so not sure. I have found asking on forums does help sometimes, but I would also file support requests. If everyone having issue reports it. . it is more likely to be fixed.

Funny thing now the return policy appears in my listings without me using the profile. Thats the way it was in the past. I agree with alot of others when this service was free I had no problems. Now that I pay for it its glitchy.
