We are planning on conducting a category update today that we suspect will resolve this problem. If this problem continues after the category update is complete, we will have to look into what else may need to be done to resolve the problem. This issue is affecting multiple categories but they all seem to be in the "Baby" section.

I will revisit this thread to provide an update on this situation once the category update is complete.

In the mean time, the only workaround would be to post your items in a different category that does offer the return policy option and then move them to the desired category using eBay's "Revise your Item" form once they are active.

Thanks for the additional information. We just finished our category update but, unfortunately, it does not appear that has resolved the problem causing the return policy interface not to show up on these items as we had hoped. Our engineering team is going to look into this further and I'll keep you posted as additional information becomes available.

That being said, I am seeing the "Return Policy" drop down menu when I select category # 20769 (Screwdriver Sets) on the Auctiva lister page, so I don't think that category is affected in this manner. I recommend selecting a different category and then selecting that category again to see if that causes the "Return Policy" drop down menu to appear.
