Return Policy: need the no returns option

Where do I find the checkoff to state I do not accept returns? I've looked all over and it just seems to be avoiding me. I can find the form to fill in if I do accept returns but can't find no returns one.

I sell magazines and taking returns is not a good idea. The buyer will just read the magazine, scan the photos and copy the articles they purchased the magazine for and then ask to return it.

I would just create a default return policy stating "No Returns".

There is supposed to be an option to check off No Returns so it shows in the Return Policy section on the Ebay listings.

In 2009 Ebay is going to require that section be filled out and so far all I can see to check off is that I accept returns and then how long, who pays shipping, etc.

If I don't have a return policy will the listings just start defaulting to the No Returns statement Ebay shows when you check No Returns?

Having a No Returns policy in your item description won't satisfy Ebay in 2009.
