OK can not get my return policy, buyer pays return etc, to show in my listing. Does not show in Preview either. Checked the return policy button, typed in my return policy and nothing. Can someone help me. Thanks

Hi, On the listing creation form, after you have typed in your return policy, the information is held in memory until the listing actually displays on ebay, at which time you will see it there in the proper place. You will not see it in Preview either. Not to worry.

I lost my return policies and they are not posting to Ebay either. In the checkout options, I can't seem to find them anymore...Anyone know how to fix this? Auctiva is saying it's an Ebay problem, but I don't even have a place to enter it in on my listing anymore.
