Returns policy

Hi

I was wondering I keep forgetting to select the box that asks me to specify my returns policy as I already have a written policy in my seller details why does Auctiva make it compulsory to select from that section before listings will post?

Hi! The return policy is actually required by eBay. Even though you have the policy written in your seller details, you still have to select the return policy from the drop-down menu to be compliant with eBay's rules.
