Hi new to auctiva think i have mastered it now just one problem i fill in the returns policy in my templates but when i list on ebay it says no returns policy listed what am i doing wrong

Hi - Stating your returns policy in your template is optional. But you must also fill in your returns policy in the "Checkout Options" area of the one page lister otherwise you will get the message you stated.
Hi i did that filled in the box with all information it is this that is not showing in my listing on ebay
In the "Checkout Options" section of the one-page-lister the link under "Return Policy:" will read "Choose Return Policy" if you haven't yet filled in and saved that information. Once you have filled in and saved, then the link will change to "Modify Return Policy". I mention this only so that you might check this to confirm whether Auctiva has your return policy info saved in this section of the form. Of course you will also double check the info filled in, which I'm sure you've already done.
If you have done everything right here, then it should show up in your ebay listing (but not in the preview). If it doesn't then I would file a support request. Click the link at the bottom of Auctiva's Help page.

Hi thanks for that i checked to see if it has saved it and it has so i will contact auctiva support see what they say
Problem solved contacted customer support had the problem sorted inside 1 hour brilliant service ebay paypal take note
