Revise using HTML...not working Need help

Hi. I have followed the advice on this board on how to revise a listing using an auctiva template and I completely understand how it works. The only problem is...when I go to my "Saved Listings" and check the box next to the listing that I want to edit, and then click the "Get HTML" button, nothing comes up. No pop up box comes up with the HTML code. I checked my pop-up blocker, and it is disabled. Is there some reason why it is not showing up? I really need to revise my listing. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Try holding down the CTRL key before you push the button to "Get HTML". I know you say that the pop-up blocker is off, but that's more the likely the culprit.

Of course, I'm assuming you are using IE (which may be a bad assumption). What browser are you using?

Hi Amy,

Since the popup window is not appearing when you click the "Get HTML" button, there must be a popup blocker enabled on your system or browser...perhaps just not the one you are thinking of.

Many applications, i.e. AdAware and the Yahoo toolbar, come with popup blockers enabled that could be preventing this window from being displayed.
