Revised Auction and Lost My Pictures - HELP!

Hi Jo,

Auctiva's method for adding templates and picture is to locate the code as part of the Description code at eBay. When you deleted the code, you deleted any template and image links.

Locate the Saved Listing you used to originate the listing and update the Description text as needed and Save. From the main Saved Listing page, locate the listing again and use the GET HTLM icon for that listing to get the HTML code in a popup window. You can copy and paste that code into the eBay revise listing editor (in HTML mode) to replace your code and restore template and images.

Apparently I am not doing something correctly - I copied/pasted the HTML from Saved Listings into the eBay Revised Listing's HTML description. The original format did return, but the pics still are not there - just the red X.

Suggestions?

Edit: If you do a PREVIEW of the Saved Listing, are images missing there too? If so, have they been deleted from your account?

The auction # is 200383764899. When I preview the Saved Listing, the pics are missing even though they are visible in the Saved Listing.

I just checked the listing and see all 6 images of the orange dress at the bottom.

I also clicked on supersize and all six are working at supersize too.
