Revised listing not showing in slideshow

Hi there,

New here, and I really like the slideshow for my listings amongst other things.

I've listed two things through eBay and then revised the prices and this shows, but the changes don't show on my Auctiva slideshow. So then I revised it via Auctiva thinking maybe I had to do that but still nothing. What can I do? Please help!

Did you ever figure this out? I'm having the same problem: work done through eBay does not show up in Auctiva.

When you change the header/gallery images of your listings, the Auctiva store/store window images associated with those listings will not be updated automatically. However, our support department will be able to re-generate your Auctiva store/store window images manually, which will result in this content being updated.
