I listed a book. Was notified via E-mail that the photo didn't take/list. I revised it, added photos. All I can see is "list it as new". I have had enough of double listings already. How do I safely revise?

Sounds like you edited your item on Auctiva? If so, you'll then need to manually revise your item on eBay. One thing that may help is our Get HTML feature. From the saved listings page, check your listing you want and hit the button for Get HTML. Then copy and paste that text and revise your item directly on Ebay, choose the edit description option and replace what is currently there with what you copied.

Thanks, I guess what you are saying is, if you want to revise an item, do it in E-bay? much less complicated. Mary D.

Not quite...there are a number of revisions you can do by just going to eBay, but if you want to revise anything within the Auctiva template, you can do so via the following process:
1) Locate your listing in your Saved Listings folder, make any necessary changes, and save.
2)Check the box next to your updated listing in your Saved Listings folder and click the “Get html” button.
3) Copy the html in the popup box.
4) Locate the item on eBay and click the "Revise Item" button.
5) Click "Edit Description" then click the "Enter your own html" tab.
6) Paste the copied html in place of what's there and save your changes.
