I know I have a lot to learn about selling, but sometimes it makes things harder if not enough information is easily provided about a function I am trying to do. Case-in-point is my attempt to revise some listings when I noticed incorrect info in my item description.
I went to Auctiva's help page and was told how to go to ebay's revise section. After five or six attempts on four different postings (following the directions as best I could see), I always ended up with no changes. It wasn't until I scrolled all the way down to the bottom on the revise page that I saw the button to submit the revision that I found out clicking on the save changes button on a previous page was not enough.
Anyway, though I realize it should be up to ebay to provide clear directions, I know it would be very helpful if you would include instructions about clicking on the submit revisions button when all the changes are made so others do not have to go through to fun and games I have.

Hi there!
Ummm..that's not really Auctiva's responsibility at all, that's Ebay's. But I KNOW your frustration, when I was a new seller I always had revisions to do and I wondered why they never "took". It was a real pain in the hiney, I tell ya Smile. At least you found the submit button right away (unlike me LOL) Took me forever to figure it out, I kept missing it.
And Ebay is just FULL of those little learning curves, just keep your eyes open!
