Hi all,

I am new here - a refugee from Seller's Assistant Basic (great program but being discontinued on 4/4). Auctiva looks GREAT except for one major question. I run about 700 - 800 listings and store items at any given time. When an auction ends, I typically revise before relisting by either (1) reducing item's price or (2) sending auction item to my store. I do not see a way on Auctiva to revise items before relisting. How do you do this? Obviously with the volume of items I am doing it is impractical to revise them manually on eBay. Thanks in advance for your help!!

Revising as part of relisting is a feature scheduled for our next big release due out later this year.

I'm not sure if it will let you switch from an auction item to a store item but I would think it should. We spent a lot of time in the design meetings on the relisting features in particular. They know a lot of people relist from auctions into stores.
Thank you for writing back. Do you know when the revising before relisting will become available?

As to revising from an auction item to a store listing -- I went to the LISTINGS tab and then clicked on CLOSED. I see a way to relist outright, but I don't see any way to (1) change prices or (2) relist moving items from auction to store. I list 700 - 800 items at any given time so revising before relisting is a very important feature for me. It would be far too time consuming to do manually at eBay online.

Thanks again for your note, and I appreciate any further info.
