If I revise a good till canceled listing in my Auctiva saved listing, will it update the eBay listing the next time it renews?

No....Saved Listing changes only update what's stored at Auctiva on their servers for submitting new listings. Once a listing is sent/listed to eBay via the API to eBay's servers, almost all changes to active or relist need to be done using eBay's Revise Listing or Relist editor. The limited exceptions are those you'll find on the Active and Closed pages. Also, the Auto-Relist feature does some changes, which is an alternate method to examine for GTC-like operation.
Note, I've seen some comments from the Auctiva folks that there may be some planned improvements in this area. My thoughts have gone more toward a bulk editor for active and relist. I think that need is more pressing than a function that's easily duplicated on eBay with the single edit problem.
