Hi, I've just started with auctiva - been getting on ok but seem to be stuck.

Not all my listings were submitted through auctiva most of them were done through ebay. I'm trying to revise them so they all match. I can't see a way to do this - am I missing something? Any help appreciated, thanks.

Create the listing in Auctiva, choose your images, templates, write or copy in your description then save it.

Then you can use the Get HTML icon on the saved listings page to copy and paste it to eBay. When you have a listing with no bids on eBay click the revise link they have and paste our HTML into the description section.

No Revlon, please see your other post, this is why it gets so messy posting the same question twice Eek
P.S. In this version of your question CEO Jeff has told you how you can revise an already live listing via your my-ebay.

This is not the route to create and post a totally new listing.
It was my query........... anyway, been working on it all evening and seem to have sussed it out. Thanks for all your help, much appreciated, hippylicious
Whoops, serves me right for trying to answer too quick when I saw Revlon's post here, oh well you both appear to be ok now, that's good Smile

Takes a little while to get to grips with these tools but it's well worth the time investment. Cool
