Save Schedule and/or Edit a saved listing

Hi again,
Most of my listings are in save because I want to schedule them for Sun. When I hit the schedule button I go to a blank screen with "done" in the lower left corner. Thinking it was just slow, I gave it 10 min. and nothing, so I just put them all in save so I could get more work done. I went to save & I get another blank screen when I hit either schedule or edit; it I hit preview, nothing happens. The only correct response I get is to "list a similar item".
What now, Kevin?

MyWhimsy,

Since you mentioned you were using a pop-up blocker, I'm guessing you may have other security features enabled on your computer as well?

My best guess is that some of the java-script on our pages is being flagged by whatever software you are using and thus the page is prevented from being displayed. Not sure if you can check for something like this and "allow" our pages to display?

Was this happening all along, or did this just start happening? Or maybe you're using a different computer than you originally were?

Still on same computer, has happened consistently and have the most current just about everthing. I am just not a whiz at using much of the software. I do have Java-script but where would I look to see if there is any blockage? I have Norton security with most of the features, not just the basic. Once I learn all the dos and don'ts I'll be fine but I'm not good at figuring out what is happening. Thanks for all your help.
