Saved images not available in listings

Is anyone else having this problem? I uploaded a ton of images from another computer, but when I click on the Select and Image icons to add them to my listing it takes me to the Upload Images page with no option of choosing saved images or even a different page!

I emailed Support several days ago about it and haven't heard back.

The images are not stored on the computer I am using to do my listings so every day I am loosing prime listing time because of this crazy issue!

PLEASE help if you can. I only have a few days left to get things out there for the Holiday Season!

When you go to the Images tab, and click on Manage Images, do you see all your images? (Including any that you've just uploaded). If so, clear the browser's cookies and cache, restart the browser and try again. Or try a different browser, to see if that's the problem.

Hi ShinyGear,

Based on the behavior you are seeing, it sounds like you must have the "Default View when Selecting Images on One-page Lister" setting in your Auctiva account set to "Upload". If you change this setting to "Thumbnails", you should see the option to choose from your images that have already been uploaded when you click any of the "Select an Image" boxes on the listing creation page.

You can find the option to change this setting within your account by clicking the "Account Settings" link under the "My Account" tab and scrolling down to the "Image Management" section.
