I use your new saved listings to do bult basic editing before relising my unsold auctions.
The last time I did this the unsold listings on Ebay COORDINATED PERFECTLY in order in your NEW saved listing section. So I was able to compare both lists to edit & relist unsold items.
TODAY, your list is scrambled. OUT OF ORDER by time release/time end..NOT coordinated with Ebay's unsold list (by time).
I'm having to waste time searching for specific items to check off & relist.
Why did you mess it up?
Can you please give us a category of UNSOLD SAVED LISTINGS?

Hi Vina,

Thanks for contributing to our forum. While we did make a change to our new Saved Listings page to make it so any sorting or filtering options would be retained if you navigate away from the page and then return to it, I am not aware of any changes that would have impacted the default ordering as you described.

The new Saved Listings page is configured to display your saved listings based on the time they were last edited, beginning with the one you have modified the most recently and ending with the one for which the most time has passed since it was last edited – just like the old version of the Saved Listings page.

If you would prefer to sort your saved listings page based on the last time items were posted to eBay from them (instead of just when they were edited), you can change the page to be sorted in that manner by clicking the “Last Post” link along the top of either version of the Saved Listings page.

Items that are stored on your Saved Listings page are not currently linked with any specific item numbers, so it would require some major changes to our site to allow the Saved Listings page to be filtered by characteristics like “Sold” or “Unsold”, but I will pass your comments in that regard to our development team as a suggestion for future consideration.

At this time, it is only possible to filter between sold and unsold items on the Closed Listings page within your Auctiva account.

I hope this helps clear things up. If you need any further assistance with your account, please feel free to contact our customer support team by mousing over the “Help” tab within your account and selecting the “File Support Case” option.
