Saving a partial listing

What am I doing wrong??? HELP!! I want to type up a listing in increments. But together some of it and come back and add stuff. I want save it and do this until it's ready to post. Then I want to use it to repost (I have several of this same item). But when I type it up and hit save, it's not there in saved the next day. I know it's something I'm doing because I tried it on my Mom's Auctive and it did the same thing.

I don't see how it can be anything you are doing...you hit 'save' and it should save. I do what you're describing all the time with no problems. Maybe you should file a support request under the help link, top of the page.

Hi Norma,

You are welcome to save a partial listing at any time by clicking the "Save" button at the bottom of the Auctiva lister page. Once you have saved a given listing, you should be able to find it on your Saved Listings page immediately thereafter.

I just reviewed your account and verified that one saved listing is present there. If you are unable to find that listing within your account, please select "All Listings" from the "Listing Type" pull-down menu on your Saved Listings page, and click the "Go" button below. Once you have done so, a list of all of your saved listings will be returned, regardless of what folders they may be located in.
