Goes without saying that you have looked in Active listings in Auctiva and they are not there? Right?

If not, the only Import Listings I have seen is in the Closed Listings section.

Since I had not listed anything on eBay for a long time before coming to Auctiva, once I opened my account my closed listings were automatically imported.

Perhaps someone else can give you more info.
Thanks
. . . .
But - I do have active listings. I was reading the ebay boards and it seems that some sellers are being NARU's for 14 days if they receive bad feedback from their buyers (not sure how many bad feedbacks). Although I am not worried at that happening to me, one never knows . . So I just want to back things up in case ebay decides to TKO my listings as they have been known to do, warranted or not. SO . . .

if they are in active listings and ebay TKOs them, no more active listings.

I have imported listings which are from when I first started using auctiva. I can't seem to find anything that will tell me how to update the imported listings folder.

I have saved listings also - that would help, but not give me all of my current lisings should I need them. I would have to compare my inventory to saved listings . . . . .
Talk about an around-the-world possible solution.

Could you download and install Turbo-Lister, Import all your listings into TL and then Export them to a CSV file?

I'm not sure what you could then do with those listings, but at least you could have them should you need them later.

And FIRST of ALL, send a support ticket and one of the tech's can offer you better help.
