Please could someone help me. I have listed items on Auctiva for a while now with no problems - until sunday!
I am trying to list a bundle of items on one listing requiring a large amount of photos. I have listed like this before with no problems. Now, everytime I insert a photo or add some text (whether i use the full size editor or not) it does not save. The message comes up saying item saved successfully but when you reopen the listing (both through saved listings and through continue editing same listing ) the new additions are not there. Ocassioanlly they appear and I get carried away and then the next addition doesnt save. - I have tried starting a brand new listing from scratch, cutting and pasting photos, inserting photos, changing image sizes - you name it i think I've tried it! I have now spent 2 days trying to write one ad and my hubby is none too pleased about the lack of housework!!
