Hi,

The only current mechanism to save eBay created listings is the Import Listing for Closed listings (normally can use for any Closed in last 90 days, i.e. still viewable at eBay). Note, you can Relist from Auctiva or eBay to keep a Store item listed during a cutover period.

Are you looking to revamp current templates with the Auctiva templates and tags. If so, are there really 800+ unique, or do you repeat listings with just a few variations of a small group of standard templates?

I can see where many are reassessing or revamping on the basis of the new policies and IFRAME design under beta. That is a "challenge". Eek

Do you currently use one of eBay's listing tools (like TurboLister)?

Hi,

This problem does seem to keep repeating. I'd suggest a Support Case to at least ask if they have any assistance programs for PowerSellers with sizable stores (yep, I peeked). Most of what I saw was very good, simple, clean layouts with text descriptions.

I do know that TurboLister has the ability to backup active and closed listings from eBay and does have an export function to create what are called CSV (old comma delimited) files. Unfortunately, Auctiva has no CSV import method (at least none on the record). I'm thinking that getting them backed up to something is at least a good step in the right direction.

I'm hoping Support or one of the Auctiva folks has a better idea.

You can file a Support Case at the HELP link at top of page.
