Saving listings isn't working!

Can one of you help me? I'm trying to save my "Closed" listings to my "Saved" folder, and I can't make it happen.

I have tried several times now - they don't show up after being moved.

Are you selecting (checked box) the listing on the Closed Listings page and using the Import Listing button?

If so, are you then looking for the imported/saved listing in the Imported Listing folder on the Saved Listings page after import? (I know the wording is ackward, but accurate!)
