Scans will not upload

I am having an uploading problem: 'scan0241.tif' Failed. Format is Invalid or Not Supported. I have had this problem for 2 days and the other Auctiva uploader will not drag my scan file. Please help!

We don't do .tif files.

Have your scanner save the image as a .jpg file. .Tif is a raw format and is far too large for uploading.
