I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you have experienced. I am not aware of any technical problems on our side of things that would cause scheduled listings not to post successfully or at the correct time so I suspect that these posting attempts were rejected by eBay and failed to post altogether.

In the event that you attempt to post a listing through Auctiva and the listing cannot be posted, you should see a positive number in red within the Notifications section at the top of any page within your account and, if you click that number, you should be able to see the error that eBay returned when the listing was rejected.

The error messages that eBay's system returns when they reject a listing will typically describe enough specifics about why the listing is rejected for the seller to know how to correct the problem, but you are welcome to ask us for help if the message is unclear.

I see that you already spoke with our customer support team over the last couple days and I hope you are no longer having trouble posting your items, but I figured I should post this information here as well in case it may be helpful to anyone else.
