This was my first time using auctiva for schedueling my evening listings. I have been a spare dollar user for 2 years and when I saw this site I was excited to use it. Suprised that it was free, but would have been willing to pay. But it seems the whole, you get what you pay for sayign stands true.
I schedueled 10 listings for this eveinging and NONE of them launched to eBay. When I looged in here to manually list them, I found that I could only do so by editing each listing than confirmning it, than having to delete it from the schedueledd listings section.

I realize I will need to get a hang of all the little corks of the site, but what about this schedueling thing, does it happen more than not. i really depend on my auctions being listed at the time I specify.

Good morning,

My auctions I've had scheduled have gone up fine.

Be sure to fill out a customer ticket for help. The customer service here is excellent and can answer your questions.

Did you get any error messages that state why our auctions didn't go up as scheduled?

There has to be a reason and I'm sure someone will be along to help you.

There's also a phone number you can call. That's right a phone number.

Have you sat through the classes that will take you step by step on uploading auctions? To quote Martha Stewart..it's a good thing.

There are a group of we "migrators" from Sparedollar in the Lounge Discussion....come find us. It's a nice group of people.

Good Luck,
Donna

Nope, I didnt get an error message. I had schedueled the aucitons to go up between 8:50 pm and 9:00 pm with 2 hours to retry. I thought the whole retry option was a bad sign to beging with. at 10:30 I checked and they still had not launched and the status read, "ready" schedueled" I was hoping I could just select them all and than launch them, but instead I had open each listing, post it, and than remove it from the schedueled section. I guess i will need to take that tutorial, and I'll definetly be looking for you SD folks in the future. I love sparedollars simplicity, but i really like all the extra's here and like to make it work for me.
