I was reading through this thread and thought someone might be able to answer my question. This morning I thought I scheduled and relisted several of my closed listings but when I go to view my scheduled items under my Auctiva acct it posts this error

'An error has occurred during the processing of your request. Please try again or file a support case if this problem continues.'

Why am I not able to view my relisted/ schedule items? Also is there a way to make edits to the description when relisting an item through Auctiva?
