every time i do a new listing and schedule it .. it writes over the previous itmes scheduled...

Could you clarify your question please? Not understanding... If you have a new listing, how could it have been previousley scheduled? Sorry if I didn't get it, need more coffee!

It sounds like you may be trying to schedule multiple listings from the same saved listing file. If you schedule a listing, and then try to schedule another listing from the same saved listing, you will end up with two scheduled listings, but both will reflect the changes made before sheduling the second.
In order to avoid this problem, when creating a new listing from a saved listing that is already scheduled, I recommend selecting the "Save as New" option. The, a new saved listing reflecting those changes will be created, and you will be able to schedule that listing without the changes overwriting your existing scheduled listing as well.
