Scheduled Listing with multiple Ebay Ids

Hi

Im off on holiday (vacation!) next week but would like to schedule some listings to start while I am away.

Problem is I use 2 Ebay ids and I would like to post under both ids. Can this be done via Auctiva - generate token schedule listings for Ebay Id 1 and then generate token and schedule listings for Ebay Id 2.

will the listings post under the different IDs or just to the laste generated Token Id.

Or do I just set up a second Auctiva Id and start from scratch.

Sorry if this has been dealt with before... but I couldn't find anything (didn't look too hard!)

Hi redlat21,

While you can generate a new token to post listings to a second eBay ID, I wouldn't recommend doing so because it could result in all sorts of problems with the store window.

The best solution is certainly to open a second Auctiva account for use with your second eBay account.

Thanks - that's what I've done - I'm almost certain that listings would post to last generated token.

I'd imported previous listings as well to get them into my new ID so all is well!

Opening a second Auctiva account just gives me 'Account Alerts' even though I am trying to generate tokens for each Auctive/Ebay id... this is not good.

How do I cancel/delete an Auctiva id?
