Scheduled listings not listing to ebay

I am just starting on ebay, and have spent all day getting a bunch of listings ready and scheduled to go at 10 minute intervals from 8.45 tonight. I have just come back to check my listings and have found that none have listed. Did I do something wrong or is this a common problem? If I leave them in the "ready" status, will they just get listed at some stage, or do I need to edit the times now for tomorrow night at the same time?

Hi,

The Scheduler works with the "Preferred Time Zone" set in Auctiva Account Preferences. If this is a new account, could that be the problem?

Hi, what I noticed is Ebay changed the duration times and they do not match the Auctiva times now. It looks as if you can only go as high as 21 days on a listing now and not 31 or good til cancelled. Auctiva is going to have to change the template to match Ebay.

Which eBay site are you listing to and where are you seeing a change to 21 days? Can you provide a link to the announcement?

If you are getting an error in listing submission, what is the error? Look at the EVENTS box at upper right on any Auctiva page for the errors.

API Error
The duration "GTC" day(s) is not available for this listing type, or invalid for category "2759".

I have tried other categories on Ebay.ca that I was able to list GTC and that too has only 21 days.
