Are you talking about the time zone difference?
The people who do not suffer this annoying featurette must be U.S. residents - this is highly annoying and should have been fixed (or even better tested 
before launching this product to the non-US world)

Currently your time zone setting on the account page only affects ONE page on the site, this is the scheduler page where you actually enter in the times you want your auctions to post. Every other page (including the scheduled listings page) displays time in PST.
We used to have some text on the page that made this clear but that seems to have changed...
Anyway, making that preference apply to every time display on the site is currently in development and should be released sometime soon.
