scheduling post time

It used to be different here and it changed recently. What exactly does EST/COT mean when it displays the time it will post whren I schedul a listing? I am in Cleveland. I just scheduled something to post @ 2:30pm est/cot. Would that mean it will post 2:30pm my time or what? I am in eastern time zone.

Not sure what COT means, but I'm in NY in EST, and I have it the EST/COT also, and it posts at the correct time. Make sure that you have "Add 60 minutes for daylight savings time" unchecked in My Account/Settings/Account Settings.
